Are you a man who is super tight and new to yoga? Sometimes it can feel awkward to walk into a room filled with females and have NO idea what you’re doing. This course is a collaboration with my partner Ryan, where we walk you through the most common yoga poses you will see in your typical vinyasa flow class and teach you how to safely modify for your male body.
*Note: This course is also great for tight females as well!
Have you been interested in starting a regular meditation practice but haven’t known where to start? This 7 day course teaches you how to sit and the basic principles of meditation. We start from a 5 minute meditation and work our way up to a 20 minute meditation, all with different topics and themes to focus on.
