Bucket List’s – some swear by them, while others would argue to the grave that they taint the act of travelling. My opinion: I’m into it. I will be the first to acknowledge that I have gone to some places to simply check something off of my Bucket List, to get a great photo, or to say that I’ve seen something that everyone else wants to see; however, I will also acknowledge that while on my way to ticking off my next Bucket List item, I almost always stumble and fall, and have all sorts of adventures in between. Never once have I seen or done something that was on my Bucket List that I regret. Yes, there are some lines that I wouldn’t wait in again, or some things that I wouldn’t pay to see or do again, but would I take any of it back – most definitely not. Visiting Vancouver
I had the pleasure of spending my last week in the beautiful west coast of Canada, in Vancouver. Although I was there for work, I had a little bit of time to take in the sights and sounds around me, and of course, enjoy some of the amazing food that the city has to offer. For me, opening up my expansive closet and trying to pick from my assorted items of clothing is both tedious and overwhelming. [Read more…] about Tips & Tricks for Packing for a Long Trip
NaNoWriMo!
It’s November 1, and that means that it is officially the start of National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo. Being that I am completely and utterly crazy, I have decided to sign up. So with that, I will be focusing on what will hopefully be a novel a month from now, and my blog is moving to the back burner. But don’t worry, I’ll be back December 1! Wish me luck & thanks for reading 🙂
